Risk Governance & Operational Architecture

Easaw is based in London and is the cofounder of Easaw & Michael, an investor in small, owner-managed UK businesses. He partners with founders who are ready to step back, taking a hands-on approach to preserve their legacy, protect their workforce, and steward the business into its next chapter of sustainable growth.

Easaw brings a rare combination of enterprise risk governance, high-velocity operational architecture and corporate strategy. As part of Amazon's Pathways Leadership Program, he directed 150+ person operational teams handling 1.8M weekly shipments, re-engineering network allocation models to deliver a 66% surge in throughput capacity.

Earlier in his career, Easaw spent six years at Deloitte Advisory advising C-suite leaders at Fortune 50 retail and manufacturing groups on enterprise risk, cybersecurity and large-scale digital transformation. He led solutions safeguarding $75M+ in monthly transaction volumes and shaped cross-market go-to-market strategies that unlocked tens of millions in enterprise pipeline.
